Have A Truck Or A Van
You'll need a pickup truck or cargo van for deliveries. Having a trailer hitch and the ability to tow a trailer is also a plus.
Don't have a truck or van, but still interested? Apply anyways. Sometimes we have openings for delivery drivers to drive our company vehicles.
Have A Smartphone Or Navigation
You'll need a pickup truck or cargo van for deliveries. Having a trailer hitch and the ability to tow a trailer is also a plus.
If you’re considering joining our team, keep in mind that the recommended and most commonly used vehicles for deliveries are pickup trucks with a 6 or 8 foot bed, cargo vans, or box trucks. Additionally, you’ll need to have commercial liability insurance. While SUVs can work as well, they must have a trailer hitch to tow a trailer.
Please note that smaller vehicles such as sedans or SUVs without a trailer hitch will not be suitable for this position.
Compensation for gas is available based on the mileage you drive.
Working with a helper to complete your delivery routes is an option that can help you save time and streamline the process. However, please note that it’s not advisable to bring passengers or pets (with the exception of service animals) along for the ride as your commercial insurance policy may not provide coverage in the event of an accident.
Deliveries are typically made in the morning, while pickups occur in the afternoon to evening hours. The middle of the day is typically reserved for rest or time off. Drivers who complete their stops more quickly can enjoy additional personal time to relax and recharge.
As a driver, you can expect to have an average of 5 to 10 stops per day. These stops are typically divided evenly between drop-offs and pick-ups. Whether you’re delivering Inflatables, or party rental items, you can count on a manageable workload that allows you to focus on providing excellent service to each and every customer.
Our products vary in weight, with smaller items typically weighing between 10 to 40 pounds, while larger items can weigh anywhere from 150 to 400 pounds. Rest assured that we have streamlined delivery methods for each product to make the process as easy as possible for our drivers. To move these items, you’ll need to have a hand truck or dolly at your disposal.
